ArcSyne Scenario Advisor
A native-AI scenario planning service for leaders navigating uncertain markets. In active development with several enterprise pilots.

What it does
ArcSyne Scenario Advisor combines human expertise with AI-driven scenario analysis to help operators, investors, and advisors make faster, higher-quality decisions in volatile environments. The thesis: traditional scenario planning is too slow and academic to support real-time decision-making, while pure AI is too brittle and untraceable to trust on high-stakes calls. ArcSyne operates in the overlap — combining structured human reasoning with AI's ability to scan and synthesize signal across thousands of sources.
The structural insight
Most scenario planning fails at the seams between disciplines. Strategy consultants produce plans that quickly go stale. Quants produce models too narrow to capture geopolitical or regulatory shifts. Generative AI tools produce plausible-sounding outputs without auditable reasoning. ArcSyne is built around a hard-coded chain of reasoning that links targeted news ingestion, Bayesian factor updating, synthetic analyst personas, red-teaming, and playbook generation — with human review at every stage.

How it works
A three-step methodology turns each client's specific decision context into a living set of scenarios:
- Use Case Configuration— deep research into the client's business model, success drivers, and the macro factors that matter most.
- Scenario Generation — continuous ingestion of news, probability updating of identified factors, comparison of synthetic vs. expert reasoning, and generation of role-specific playbooks.
- User Experience— secure private workspaces with permission-based team access, supported by weekly “Discover Together” workshops with a human advisor.
The output: best, base, and worst-case scenarios, no-regrets moves that work in any future, and playbooks calibrated to specific functions and seniority levels.

Where this fits
Scenario Advisor and ArcSyne's Customer Insight practice are two expressions of the same conviction: that AI's real value to enterprises comes from being engineered into structured workflows, not bolted on as a generative shortcut. Scenario Advisor focuses on macro-level decision support; the Customer Insight practice on micro-level B2B intelligence engineering. Both are built around the same principle — turn ambiguous information into compounding decision assets.
